Movement is key—every single day. You don’t need an intricate, highly structured workout plan to see progress. Start with the basics: walk, jog, run, and eventually sprint. Progression happens over time, and every expert was once a beginner. The most crucial step is simply to start.

  • Focus on good form: Light weights with perfect form are far superior to heavy weights with poor execution.
